Who we are
I’m Louise Canham, an artist making hand-drawn charcoal letter prints. If you have any questions about your data, email louisecanhamartist@gmail.com.

What I collect
If you sign up my newsletter, I collect your email address. That’s it.

What we use it for
To tell you about new letters, originals and anything else I’m making. I’ll never sell your email or pass it on to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it’s kept
Your email is stored by Squarespace, which runs this website and sends our emails.
Squarespace may store data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep it working and to show us how many people visit and where they come from.
You can accept or decline the non-essential ones when you first visit, and change your mind in your browser settings at any time.

Orders
When you buy a print, I collect your name, email and delivery address so I can get it to you. Payment is handled by Squarespace’s payment provider, and I never see your card details. Your name and address are shared with Prodigi, the UK printer who prints and posts your order, and used for nothing else.
